We currently run four businesses;

The Back Office provides financial management, administration and other back office support services for non profits. We provide great solutions that save our clients time, money and headaches!

We work closely with our cilents to identify their needs and develop a tailored response to meet them. Common services include data entry and bookkeeping, budget planning and review, key performance indicator monitoring and diagnostic reporting.

Jobs for long-term unemployed people are being created in administration and bookkeeping.

Fair Repairs helps unemployed public housing residents get jobs carrying out repairs and maintenance in their local areas. Fair Repairs is a partnership between Fair Business, Housing NSW and Spotless.  

We offer a comprehensive range of services from property turnarounds to kitchen installations to fencing to concreting to graffiti removal. Jobs are created as assistants to master tradesmen, and on-the-job training is provided by the local TAFE.

The Social Roasting Company is a coffee bean roasting and coffee retail business, located in Melbourne and serving some of the world’s most discerning coffee drinkers.

Business growth is planned through the expansion of the coffee bean roasting business to maximum capacity, development of catering opportunities within each of the retail outlets and the potential roll-out of new retail outlets throughout Melbourne and Sydney. Jobs will be created throughout the business including coffee bean roasting, back office functions, frontline barista service, general customer service and logistics and delivery of coffee beans.

Gardchek Property Services is a commercial cleaning and property services company, providing high quality services to a wide range of corporate and public sector clients on the New South Wales South Coast since 1982.

Future business growth is planned through the expansion and replication of the current quality-based model to new locations in New South Wales, scaling up of the business to access larger contracts and a move into property services including public housing estate maintenance, property turnarounds, repairs and landscaping. Jobs will mainly be created in cleaning, with progression opportunities as team leading hands and in back-office functions.
